New three-year partnership with the Dairy Industry Association of Australia launches the World of Dairy Pavilion
Sydney, Australia – 16 December 2025: The Restaurant & Foodservice Show (formerly Foodservice Australia) has announced a major three-year partnership with the Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA) to launch the World of Dairy Pavilion, a national showcase celebrating one of the most essential and high-value categories in foodservice.
The partnership will spotlight Australian dairy producers and their role in shaping the creativity, quality, and performance of commercial kitchens across the country.
Celebrating a $4 billion cornerstone of Australian menus
More than AUD 4 billion worth of dairy products are purchased annually across Australia’s commercial kitchens, cafés and catering venues (Food Industry Foresight, June 2024). The new World of Dairy Pavillion at the Restaurant & Foodservice Show will give manufacturers and producers a national stage to connect directly with chefs, restaurateurs, caterers and buyers from every corner of the hospitality and institutional foodservice market.
A national platform for the dairy sector
