Battle of the Butchers

Battle of the Butchers will showcase eight of Australia’s most skilled and creative butchers, competing for a place in the Australian Butchers, Senior Team. The selected winners will take the final places in the Senior Team and will represent Australia at the World Butchers Comp in 2028, here on home soil.
